As independent contractors and brothers, Ryan, Jesse & Aaron Kooistra have a passion for building and take pride in their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail is reflected in every job that they do. Providing excellent customer service, their renovations run smoothly, on time and on budget.
At York, we can provide many renovation options for your home. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, project management, permit packages, exterior re-vamping, siding, window replacement and the list goes on.
Working alongside many Interior designers & Lisa Kooistra Designs, we provide a full interior design and project management service. Our initial ‘Meet & Greet’ can involve LKD by request.

Our house is our new home, it’s completely rejuvenated. All aspects were designed and constructed to perfection. We love the open concept, our bright, modern kitchen with great details including the range hood and back splashes. The expanded family room with the fireplace as a focal point made a hard to furnish inefficient room much better to spend time in (especially during the pandemic). Also during the pandemic we have been making great use of the pool table room, the ping pong room and the rum bar. The house flows from top to bottom thanks to your colour scheme, furniture choices, art work and all the little details, lighting, baseboards, trim etc. The open stair case is the topper, taking the open concept to the next level.
Ryan, his Dad, Jesse and Donny and all the subcontractors (kitchen design, paint, plumbing, electricians and staircase) were all fantastic, easy to work with, conscientious, courteous and skillful. With all the challenges of the pandemic and busy schedules they were always here when we needed them.
We are so pleased with the end result and can’t wait to show it off to all our friends, family and neighbours. We have and will continue to recommend you and your team to them.
