At York we work alongside many design firms & LK Designs to help create the vision you have for your space. Our goal is to take you through the process from start to finish, ensuring that all details have been considered. LKD will provide you with an overall look and feel for your home including design boards, layouts, sourcing and any necessary elevations to portray the look and feel.

An initial consultation can include our interior design professionals. This way we can be accurate when quoting your project, based on space planning, finishes and design ideas. Picking the right finishes, materials and coming up with an overall concept/design is challenging so let your desired designer or LKD do this work for you.

Project Management

We are a full-service renovation and construction company; York Renovations offers many services from design, renovations and additions. Regardless of the size of your project our company is focused on providing the best results accomplished through the skills of our trained and certified tradesmen.

Our Designers and head contractors arrange all trades and complete all the legwork for the project so that our clients don't need to. We work with our certified engineers so we can offer a full set of architectural drawings, and obtain the necessary building permits. This allows our clients to be stress free during the logistics of the renovation.
